Rhyton Solutions GmbH and Dorsa Group co. ltd. have announced today merger of their business operations to offer unified solutions to the projects and project-based organizations.
Rhyton Solutions GmbH will acquire the Dorsa PMIS (Project Management Information System) software, source code, knowledge-based, people and customer contracts and the merged business will operate under the Rhyton brand.
Dorsa Group co. ltd., founded in 2001, provides intelligent software solutions that facilitate engineering, procuring, constructing and delivering medium, large and mega projects especially in the energy industry.

The expanded business will serve more than 200 large and mega projects in oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
